Four System diagnosis of Engine / ABS /SRS/ Transmission

including reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, reading ECU ID information, and reading data streams.

✅Check ECM(Engine System):

Today’s engines are complex systems, using feedback loops from intake air temperature and flow, manifold absolute pressure, engine coolant temperature, crankshaft and camshaft position, oil pressure, fuel rail pressure, fuel tank pressure, vehicle speed and many other inputs to determine correct air/fuel ratios, camshaft timing, ignition timing and other, critical, operational parameters. The ANCEL FX6000 obd2 scanner speeds diagnosis by providing the user access to critical OBD II standard data as well as extended, manufacturer specific, data on engine, fuel, emissions and performance parameters, at the touch of a button.

✅Check TCM(Transmission System):

Today’s automatic transmissions (A/T), like our engines have evolved into a complex system of mechanical, electrical and control systems interaction. Today’s transmissions provide a wealth of information about the success of up and downshifts, solenoid action (too harsh, too soft), clutch engagement, fluid temperature, fluid level, pressure, and other, critical, operational and diagnostic information. The ANCEL FX6000 obd2 scanner provides the user a detailed view into this critical components operation and function, allowing fast, accurate and complete diagnosis of existing, or potential issues.

✅Check ABS(Anti-lock Braking System):

Like other systems, braking systems have evolved and become more complex, with multiple sensors and actuators operating together to make braking more smooth, consistent and safe for everyone. The ANCEL FX6000 scanner allows the user to monitor and diagnose critical ABS systems to ensure that repairs to this critical system are effective, and complete.

✅Check SRS(Airbag System):

A well-functioning, always ready, Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) is absolutely critical for occupant and driver safety. Even minor issues might impact the operation, and performance, of the SRS system. The ANCEL FX6000 quickly, and efficiently, allows the user to retrieve, read and interpret SRS system issues and monitor SRS system functionality to rapidly diagnose, and repair, the cause of the issue. Once repaired, The ANCEL FX6000 will allow the code to be cleared and the SRS system to be tested, by the PCM, to ensure that the fixes are complete.

7 Most Common Reset Services

✅ABS Bleeding:

When changing a new brake fluid, there is a high possibility that air will enter the brake fluid pipeline. In the traditional way, one person steps on the brake and another person changes the operating fluid. This function can perform the brake operation, and only one person is required to change the brake fluid.

✅Battery Matching:

When the Main battery is replaced, or battery monitoring sensor is replaced，battery matching must be performed. This function enables you to perform a resetting operation on the monitoring unit of the vehicle battery, in which the original low battery fault information will be cleared and the battery matching will be done.

✅EPB Reset:

1. The brake pad and brake pad wear sensor are replaced. 2. The brake pad indicator lamp is on. 3. The brake pad sensor circuit is short, which is recovered. The servo motor is replaced. By using this function, the braking process is therefore made much simpler and easier.

✅Throttle Relearn:

This automotive scan tool can make initial settings to throttle actuators so you’ll have smooth dri-ving after the throttle body has been replaced or cleaned.

✅Gear Information Learning:

The purpose of tooth signal learning is to ensure that the engine ignition timing is accurate and avoid engine failure caused by signal loss. Through tooth signal learning, the signal of the crankshaft position sensor can be recalibrated to restore the normal operation of the engine.

✅Oil Reset:

If the service lamp is on, you need to reset the Oil Life Reminder and switch off the Oil Light for a new calculation of Engine Oil Life system. Your driving safety would gets ensuring. 2. After replacement engine oil, you need to reset the service lamp.

✅Steering Angle Learning:

After replacing the steering angle position sensor, obd2 scanner can effectively perform SAS ca-libration, i.e., clear the fault steering angle sensor memories, set the steering angle to zero, and turn off steering wheel warn-ing light on supported models. You can easily set the steering in its default position and align it with the front tires.

Full OBD2 Check--Make a Better Detection for Car Engine System!

This scanner supports all 10 test modes for OBD-II cars which are great for daily repair work. The table below describes the purpose of each mode of operation:

1. Reading Codes: Show the detailed description of the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTCs)

2. Erasing Codes & Reset: Turns off Check Engine Light (MIL), clears codes and resets monitors.

3. Data Stream: Reads and displays live ECU/PCM data stream, plotting functions graphically and stores freeze frame data.

4. I/M Readiness Status: Shows whether the various emissions-related systems on the vehicle are operating properly and are ready for inspection and maintenance testing.

5. Read Live Data Stream: Show the information of continuous data stream from a vehicle in live graphic (waveform) display.

6. View Freeze Frame Data: Check the certain vehicle conditions which are recorded by the on-board computer at the time the emission-related fault occurs.

7. O2 Sensor Test: Allows retrieval and viewing of O2 sensor monitor test results for the most recently performed tests from the vehicle’s on-board computer.

8. On-Board Monitor Test: Retrieves and displays test results for emission-related powertrain components and systems.

9. Read Vehicle Information:Display the information such as VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), CID (Calibration ID) and CVN (Calibration verification number), etc.

10. Component Test: Certain vehicle components can be actuated by commands sent from the scanner to test their operability.
