ANCEL V3 PRO – Full System Diagnostic Capability
The ANCEL V3 PRO is a true full-system automotive diagnostic scanner, designed to eliminate the need for multiple specialized tools. Unlike basic OBD2 scanners that only access engine-related data, the V3 PRO provides complete access to all available electronic control systems within the vehicle. This allows technicians and advanced users to identify faults accurately, reduce diagnostic time, and perform professional-level troubleshooting from a single device.
With the ANCEL V3 PRO, you can diagnose issues that affect vehicle performance, safety, comfort, and electronic functionality. The scanner communicates directly with each onboard control module, retrieving real-time data and fault codes that explain what system is failing, why it failed, and where the issue originates, depending on the vehicle’s make, model, and production year.
Complete Electronic Control Module Coverage
The ANCEL V3 PRO supports in-depth diagnostics across a wide range of vehicle modules, including but not limited to:
-
CEM (Central Electronic Module): Manages overall vehicle electronics and communication between systems
-
ECM (Engine Control Module): Controls engine performance, fuel injection, ignition timing, and emissions
-
TCM (Transmission Control Module): Monitors and controls gear shifting and transmission behavior
-
DIM (Driver Information Module): Displays critical driving information, warnings, and alerts
-
ASDM (Active Safety Domain Master): Oversees advanced safety systems such as collision avoidance and driver assistance
-
BBS (Battery Backed-Up Sounder): Alarm and security-related module
-
IMS (Interior Movement Sensor): Detects movement inside the vehicle for security purposes
-
SWM (Steering Wheel Module): Controls steering wheel buttons, controls, and related electronics
-
HUD (Head-Up Display): Projects driving information onto the windshield
-
SCL (Steering Column Lock Module): Manages steering lock and vehicle immobilization
-
TACM (Transmission Actuator Control Module): Controls electronic actuators within the transmission system
Professional-Level Diagnostic Insight
Depending on the vehicle configuration, the ANCEL V3 PRO allows you to:
-
Read and clear fault codes from all supported systems
-
Monitor live data streams from multiple modules simultaneously
-
Identify communication errors between ECUs
-
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software-related faults
This comprehensive coverage makes the ANCEL V3 PRO an ideal diagnostic solution for professional workshops, mobile mechanics, and serious DIY users who require accurate, system-wide vehicle diagnostics without limitations.

10+ Advanced Reset & Relearn Service Functions
The ANCEL V3 PRO diagnostic scanner is equipped with over 10 essential maintenance and reset services, designed to handle the majority of daily repair and servicing requirements for modern vehicles. These functions help restore system performance, clear warning lights, and ensure proper calibration after repairs or component replacement.
1. Oil Reset (Oil Life Reset)
The Oil Reset function allows technicians or vehicle owners to reset the oil life monitoring system after an oil or oil filter change. Regular oil maintenance is critical for engine longevity and performance. This function turns off the oil change reminder and recalibrates the system to accurately track the next service interval based on driving conditions and mileage.
2. ABS Bleeding
After brake system repairs such as replacing brake calipers, brake lines, cylinders, or brake fluid, air may enter the system, resulting in a soft or sinking brake pedal. The ABS Bleeding function activates the ABS pump and solenoid valves to remove trapped air and restore proper brake pressure and sensitivity.
Note: Some vehicles may only support manual ABS bleeding.
3. EPB Reset (Electronic Parking Brake)
For vehicles equipped with an electronic parking brake, this function allows the brake calipers to be safely retracted and reset during brake pad replacement or servicing. It also helps initialize the EPB system after maintenance, ensuring correct brake operation and eliminating EPB warning messages.
4. Throttle Adaptation
When the throttle body is replaced or cleaned, the throttle control system must relearn its operating parameters. Throttle Adaptation restores factory settings, improves throttle response, stabilizes idle speed, and resolves issues such as hesitation, poor acceleration, or rough idling.
5. SAS Calibration (Steering Angle Sensor)
After steering repairs or sensor replacement, the SAS Calibration function resets the steering angle sensor to its neutral (zero) position. This clears steering-related warning lights and ensures accurate steering input alignment with vehicle stability and traction control systems.
6. BMS Reset (Battery Management System)
When installing a new battery, the vehicle must be informed of the replacement. The BMS Reset function registers the new battery, clears previous battery fault codes, and recalibrates the charging system to ensure optimal battery performance and lifespan.
7. DPF Regeneration (Diesel Particulate Filter)
The DPF Regeneration function helps remove excessive soot buildup in diesel particulate filters by initiating controlled combustion. This restores exhaust efficiency, reduces emissions, and helps prevent power loss or warning lights associated with clogged DPF systems.
8. Injector Coding
After replacing fuel injectors or the ECU, Injector Coding writes or rewrites injector calibration codes into the ECU. This allows precise fuel delivery for each cylinder, improving combustion efficiency, engine smoothness, and fuel economy.
9. TPMS Reset (Tire Pressure Monitoring System)
Following tire replacement or TPMS sensor installation, this function reads sensor IDs, resets tire pressure values, and turns off the TPMS warning light. It enables accurate tire pressure monitoring without costly workshop fees.
10. Gearbox Reset (Transmission Relearn)
The Gearbox Reset function clears adaptive learning data stored in the Transmission Control Unit (TCU). This allows the transmission to relearn driving patterns, resolving issues such as rough shifting, delayed gear engagement, jerking, or inconsistent shift behavior caused by long-term driving conditions.
