As soon as you plug the LAUNCH TOUCH PRO Elite it will automatically detect the car, to show you the make, model, year, and (in some cases) mileage of the vehicle, for quick and accurate identification. After that, it will lead you to the diagnostics where you can choose the systems to scan. *Note that the AutoVIN feature doesn’t work on every single vehicle. Don’t worry just in case it fails. You can choose the car make and model manually from the built-in database.

Battery Voltage Detection

Once the LAUNCH TOUCH PRO Elite scan tool has identified the car, it will start doing an automatic scan while displaying the battery monitor at the top. Battery monitoring shows the actual voltage of your car battery. *Be careful not to do many tests with a low car battery as it may give faulty diagnostic data.

One-Click Online Update

One of the handiest features of this OBD2 scanner is its one-click Wi-Fi update. You can connect the scan tool to the internet via Wi-Fi to get all the new upcoming features, and car models within its fold, with just a simple click upon the update icon.
