4. Q: Why and how to resolve the display is Black Screen (Screen Installed but Not Lighting Up) after install?

Reason: Other factors may cause abnormal operation of the microprocessor. If the main unit plug is disconnected and not reconnected within 5 minutes. Ensure that the main unit or screen plug is securely inserted.

Solution: Please restart the vehicle key

Connect the wiring harness, lock the vehicle for 2 hours, ensuring that the mobile phone and reote key are within a distance of over 20 meters from the car, Afterward, check if the screen can light up. Please reconnect the main unit plug.
