This SmartLink Remote Diagnostics System allows SmartLink B service providers to accept remote repair orders issued by SmartLink C users via the SmartLink Service Platform. Compatible with vehicles supporting CAN, DoIP, CAN FD, J2534 protocols.

Important Notes Before Purchase

1. Only supports devices using Smartlink C as VCI (X431 PAD V Elite, PAD VII Elite, PRO5, Smartlink C). Heavy Truck module is not supported.
2. Ensure you have activated the first-time Super Remote function on your device. Initial license comes with 3 free uses valid for 1 year.
3. You can purchase additional cards after the free 3 times are used. No annual fee; charge is per use.
4. USA, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Australia, Brazil, Japan are currently not supported.
5. Provide your device serial number to sales@x431tool.com after purchase.
6. Super Remote Activation License does not require shipping. Processing takes 2-3 working days.
