Remote Programming Instructions
- Sit inside the vehicle with all doors closed.
- Turn the ignition key to the ACC position.
- Within 5 seconds, press the rear demister button 3 times.
- Press any button on the first remote to be programmed.
- The door locks will cycle to confirm successful programming.
- Repeat the process for any additional remotes.
- The vehicle can store up to 8 remotes.
- Turn the ignition OFF to exit programming mode.
If programming is unsuccessful, repeat the procedure with the vehicle doors locked before starting the process.
Key Cutting & Transponder Programming
Professional key cutting and immobilizer programming are required before the vehicle can be started.
The key blade must be cut to match your vehicle, and the transponder chip must be programmed to your vehicle's immobilizer system by a qualified automotive locksmith or key specialist.
