>Engine System:

The ArtiDiag600 would conduct a full range of test on engine system and report with existed DTCs.

e.g., The “Check Engine Light” shows up while driving, and then plug the ArtiDiag600 in and find a code “P0011- intake camshaft position system” in engine system. But after checking the relevant sensor lines and connectors, no problem found. So, the next step is to read intake camshaft position data stream and found abnormal values, and it turns out that camshaft position actuator solenoid valve has poor contact. So, after cleaning the solenoid valve and put it back to the position the fault light goes off.

>Transmission System

The ArtiDiag600 would dive into the on-board transmission system to read the code with a quick feedback.

e.g., Once the transmission fault light shows up on the dashboard, then you read the fault code P1868-change the transmission fluid and find that the transmission fluid looks dark brown or blackened. In this case, you have to change the fluid and later clear the code.

>ABS

The ArtiDiag600 would conduct a full range of test on ABS and report with existed DTCs.

e.g., After an accidentally power-off on a Toyota, the ABS light shows up and you read the code C1336- Zero calibration of deceleration sensor is not completed in the ABS and the fault code cannot be cleared. Then you can use the function-calibration of ABS system (The ArtiDiag600 is not equipped this special function) to calibrate and turn off the light.

>SRS

The ArtiDiag600 would conduct a full range of test on SRS which is matter of life and death to make sure that the airbag and related sensors are working perfectly.

e.g., When the SRS comes up due to the accident, the ArtiDiag600 read a fault code B1927- Passenger Side Airbag Fault. Then you can switch off the light after replacing the airbag sensors or the airbag with ArtiDiag600.

• 1.Read and Clear the DTCs: Retrieves both generic and manufacturer-specific codes and shows the DTC and its detailed description simultaneously, and erases the DTCs and other related info after certain maintenance or repairs have done.
• 2.I/M Readiness Status: Monitor the car’s emission-related systems' status to check if they are ready for the emission test.
• 3.Live Data: Displays live or real-time data of ECU modules to analyze or monitor the components running status.
• 4.Freeze Frame: Accurately locate the malfunctions by looking back at the snapshot of data from many sensors and components.
• 5.O2 Sensor Test: Checks the Oxygen content in the exhaust and makes adjustments for the best air-fuel ratio.
• 6.Vehicle Information: Reads and displays the vehicle information for users to have accurate vehicle diagnosis.
• 7.On-Board Monitor Test: Retrieves test results for emission-related powertrain components and systems that are not continuously monitored to determine if the components or the monitors are serviceable.
• 8.Component Test: Mutual communicate with EVAP system and control the EVAP System related-components.
• 9.EVAP System (mode$8) Test: Initiates a leak test for the vehicle’s EVAP system.
